WishCard is a platform that allows users to generate, customize, and share digital greeting cards. We provide both free and paid subscription tiers with varying limits and features.

3. User Conduct

You are responsible for the content you generate using our Service. You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile page. Cancellation requests for manual review will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WishCard. Your generated cards are yours to share, subject to the usage limits of your subscription tier.

6. Limitation of Liability

WishCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
